On the day your batch is packed, not before. Your first charge is at checkout; after that it follows your rhythm. Every 4 weeks for monthly, every 2 for bi-weekly.
Yes. Skip any delivery from your account or by replying to the message we send the week before each batch is packed. You won't be charged on skipped batches.
Frozen, up to 6 months. Refrigerated, 5 days. Once opened, finish within 4 days with the lid sealed.
Pause your subscription for as long as you need, or push a single delivery back a week. Nothing is charged while you're paused.
